Admissions Process
Our PlayHouse Preschool is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. We will begin accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year in September 2025. We will start offering spaces to new families in early February for the upcoming school year.
Applications are reviewed carefully and considered based on availability, as well as the gender and age balance of the class. We strive to cultivate a community of families that believe children should be respected for the competent natural learners they are and for their need for exploration and play. Our PlayHouse Preschool welcomes all families regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, worldview, disability, or any other legally protected status.
ENROLLMENT
Acceptance notifications will be sent via email from our Director. If you wish to accept the space offered, you will be required to submit an enrollment fee, supply fee, and deposit in the amount of one month’s tuition. Our PlayHouse will keep in contact with families through the start of the school year with news about community events, summer camp, important dates, and information pertinent to the start of school – including scheduling a home visit for you and your child.
VISITING OUR PLAYHOUSE
All prospective families must tour before applying. We are currently scheduling tours for the 2025-2026 school year. If you want to enroll for the 2026-2027 school year, please reach out in September 2025. To contact our Director about a tour, please submit this form.
If your child will be three years of age or older at the time of enrollment, we will also schedule a child classroom visit. After completing the tour and application, these visits are scheduled to ensure that Our PlayHouse is a good fit.
